Anticipated powertrain options include BMW’s inline-six and V-8 engines, with rear-wheel drive as the standard configuration and all-wheel drive as an optional feature, potentially dependent on the selected powertrain. Until the official production version of the X7 is introduced by BMW, this concept serves as the closest approximation of what we can expect. It is hoped that the visually elaborate exterior design will be refined before the X7 arrives in showrooms in late 2018.
